Home Revitalize provides independent property strategy consulting services to homeowners preparing to sell in the St. Thomas and London, Ontario area. Our services include:

• In-person property walkthroughs
• Written renovation and preparation plans
• Referrals to vetted trade partners (at your request)
• General guidance on pre-sale renovation priorities

We are not a renovation contractor. Our written plans are advisory in nature. Any renovation work is carried out by independent trade partners and is subject to separate agreements between you and those parties. We have no financial interest in any work you choose to undertake.

While we draw on real transaction data and professional experience, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including sale price, days on market, or return on renovation investment. Real estate markets are subject to conditions beyond our control. Our advice represents our professional opinion based on the information available at the time of your walkthrough.
